TULSA SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA ANNOUNCES THE RETURN OF
FLINT FAMILY CONCERT SERIES FOR THE 2023 SEASON
The Tulsa Symphony Orchestra is proud to announce the return of its beloved Flint Family Foundation Concert Series. The Tulsa Symphony Orchestra is excited to bring music into the Tulsa community by providing free concerts at four different venues in the north, south, east, and west regions of Tulsa in April and September, supported by a generous gift from the Flint Family Foundation.
The April performances feature Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals, that tells the exciting story of different animals through 14 exhilarating movements. Experience the pecking of chickens, the slow pace of turtles, the distinctive gait of elephants, the hopping of kangaroos, the peaceful swish of fish, and so much more! Come dressed up as your favorite animal, bring an adventurous spirit, and get ready to embark on the story of music with your Tulsa Symphony Orchestra!
“We are thrilled to bring the Flint Family Concerts back to Tulsa for another year,” said Keith C. Elder, Executive Director of the Tulsa Symphony. “These concerts are a wonderful way for families to come together and enjoy beautiful music in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We’re grateful to the Flint Family Foundation for their continued support of this important community event.”
